February 11, 2013 – Post draft to web; prepare copies for Spring Retreat
 
DATE TBD (possibly Feb. 22, 2013) – Accreditation Spring Retreat
 
March 28, 2013 – Revised draft from Workgroups
 
April 15, 2013 – Edited draft from Tom & Susan
 
May 2, 2013 – Discuss draft with Strategic Planning Executive Council
 
May 6, 2013 – Discuss draft with Academic Senate
 
May 9, 2013 – Discuss draft with Academic Planning Council
 
May 2013 – Discuss draft with CSEA
 
May 2013 – Discuss draft with Student Senate

October 2013 -
 
Summer 2013 - Final Draft Preparation
 
August 22nd, 2013  – Accreditation Fall Retreat
 
September 30, 2013 - Complete revisions from retreat
              Complete draft with photos, etc.
 
October 2013 – Final draft to Academic Senate, Student Senate, CSEA, SPEC
 
November 2013 – Board of Trustees Approval of Self-evaluation

November 13, 2013 - , Executive Cabinet
 
December 3rd, 2013 – Final edits/Self-evaluation reproduction to Teaching & Board Committee

December 10, 2013 – Board of Trustees approval of Self evaluation
 
December 20th, 2013 – Submit Self-evaluation to Accreditation Commission
 
February 7, 2014 – Mock Visit
