Riverside City College Culinary Academy is committed to providing its students an outstanding foundation for a career in culinary arts. Our international team of world class, American Culinary Federation certified Chef Instructors are dedicated to sharing their knowledge, skill and passion to help each student develop the skills for success: confidence, creativity and consistency.
Under the guidance of our award-winning Chef Instructors, students learn to prepare meals suitable for fine restaurants. The restaurant allows students to practice the theory and art they have studied under real world pressures. Students are given the opportunity to understand the food service industry from the front of the house with its service staff and managers to the back of the house with its menu creation, food preparation and presentation. Our restaurant, managed and operated by students, allows the public to obtain high quality food at extremely reasonable prices and is open for breakfast and lunch Tuesday through Friday, with the exception of school holidays.
