





District Academic Standards Committee
Mission Statement
It is the mission of the Academic Standards Committee to study, research, maintain, and proffer a state-of-the art awareness of contemporary issues that impact, or have the potential to impact, the academic and professional nature of functions and goals of Riverside Community College District. It is the charge of the Academic Standards Committee to provide advice, consultation, and recommendations to the District and local senates on matters of an academic and professional nature. The charge includes, but is not limited to: academic honesty, grading schemes, scholastic honors, dean's lists, minimum qualifications, eligibility criteria, and graduation requirements for academic programs, including certificate, degree, and transfer patterns.
