First, the Security selection. The default is "This is a public or shared computer" . This choice, the default, will not retain any login credentials or cached information when log out. The session will auto log out after 15 minutes.

If you are using a private computer, you can select the second option and your login name will be retained and you will only be prompted for your password each time you connect. This session will auto log out after 45 minutes.
Second, the option of using Outlook Web Access Light. This choice is only available if you are using Internet Explorer 6 or higher and is not selected by default. IE 6 + users will see the OWA (Outlook Web Access) premium experience. See the tutorial mentioned below for details. All other browsers, Firefox, Safari, Opera and older versions of IE will only get the light version. However, significant improvements to the light version have been made over the previous version. So, if you used OWA with one of these browsers before, you should see the improvements
PLEASE NOTE: Until your mailbox is migrated to the new Exchange Server, your user experience will look the same after you log in. After your mailbox is migrated you will see the new and improved Outlook Web Access interface. Click here to view a tutorial on the new Outlook Web Access features.
What happens Next:
Migrations of mailboxes will be done after 6:00 p.m. beginning May 11th and will impact the users being migrated for approximately 15 - 20 minutes per mailbox. If you experience difficulty logging in - wait 30 minutes and then try again. If you have issue after that call the helpdesk at 951-222-8388 or send an email from another email client to helpdesk@rcc.edu to request assistance.
