Thomas Kenney is owner/commercial insurance broker of Key-Freeman Agency, Inc. in Corona where he specializes in insuring large commercial properties (shopping centers).
Active in the community, he serves as board president for the Corona Chamber of Commerce, is the current RCCD Foundation Board secretary, board president of the Corona/Norco United Way, president of the Corona Rotary, and was the past assistant governor of the Rotary District. Kenney was the founding member of the Southwest Legislative Committee formed by the Temecula, Murrieta, and Lake Elsinore chambers of commerce. He also founded and was the first president of the Corona Chamber Legislative Action Committee.
An RCC alumnus, Kenney transferred to the University of California, Riverside where he received a bachelor's degree, then completed his MBA at the University of Southern California.

Israel Landa attends Riverside City College where he is working on transfer requirements prior to transferring to a four-year institution to study architecture.After attending RCC, the Mexican native who became a United States citizen in 2009, decided to join Student Government. After serving as a student senator, he was appointed to the office of student vice president. Mr. Landa looks forward to serving as the Measure C Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee student representative and "being of service to the members of this District and the student community."
Robert B. Taylor is a Riverside resident, and a partner in the law firm of Holstein, Taylor and Unitt. He serves on the CBOC as a labor representative. A graduate of California Southern School of Law with a J.D. degree, Mr. Taylor also has served on the school board of St. Francis de Sales, the finance committee of the St. Andrews Newman Center, and the Board of Governors of the California Applicants Attorneys’ Association.
Richard Alberto Chavez is retired and lives in the city of Riverside. He serves on the CBOC as the at-large representative. He received an A.A. degree from Riverside City College, a B.A. from Cal State Long Beach, a MPA from USC, and a MSW from Cal State San Bernardino. In addition, he received a fellowship from the Department of Education in Washington, DC. Mr. Chavez has served on the United Way board of directors and the Community Active Group Grand Jury. Prior to his retirement, he was the Victorville director of the Inland AIDS Project..
