Memorial Service for Former RCC Softball Player Scheduled for November 8

A memorial service for former RCC softball player and alumna Afton Williamson, who died in a tragic accident with two Dickinson State University teammates in North Dakota this past week, has been scheduled for November 8 at 6 pm at the Ab Brown Softball Field. The field is located at the Evans Sports Complex on RCC's lower campus between Magnolia Avenue and Brockton.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Afton Williamson Memorial Scholarship through the RCCD Foundation.
