Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the academic discipline concerned with the science of human movement, applying the latest evidenced based research to improve function, health and wellness of people in all settings and populations. This major will enhance your physical skills and development in the areas of Aquatics, Team Sports, Individual Sports, Fitness and dance.  Students will also be exposed to the history and philosophy of Kinesiology.
