RCC students
in eligible courses already have a SMARTHINKING account. Sign-in below using your username and
password. Your username and
password are:
· Username: First Initial + Last Initial + Student ID
· Password: “RCCStudent”
For example, if Amy Garcia’s student number is 1234567, then her login name is “ag1234567” and her password is “RCCStudent”.

Review these trouble-shooting tips as a first step toward resolving your problems.

Make sure that your browser is set up to allow cookies and pop-up
windows. SMARTHINKING uses both of these.

Make sure that you have Java installed and Javascript enabled. If
you need to install Java, go to http://www.java.com, and follow the instructions
for the free download.

Make sure that you have Active X enabled if you are using Internet
Explorer as your browser.

Make sure that you have FlashÔ version 7.0.19+of for
Windows or 7.0.24+ for Mac OS X installed. If you need to install FlashÔ,
go to http://www.macromedia.com,
and follow the instructions for the free download.
