Riverside City College Receives Generous Donation from Magnolia Heating and Cooling to Enhance HVAC Program
Riverside City College (RCC) is thrilled to announce a significant boost to its Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) program with the generous donation of a cutting-edge 3-ton Daikin FIT system from Magnolia Heating and Cooling. This contribution was recognized at an open house event held by the donors on August 14th, where Mayor Lock Dawson of Riverside, publicly acknowledged and celebrated the strides being made by the RCC HVAC program.
The donation of state-of-the-art Daikin FIT system will undoubtedly enrich the educational experience of RCC students, offering them a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading equipment. This firsthand exposure will enable students to refine their skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for successful careers in the HVAC industry.
Pierre Ortanez, an Air Conditioning Instructor in Applied Technology at Riverside City College, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for “the incredibly generous donation.” Ortanez shared,
