Celebrating Success: Malika Bratton's Selection for ARLI

In a noteworthy achievement, Malika Bratton has earned a spot in the Aspiring Radical Leaders Institute (ARLI), a statewide, two-year professional development program. A dedicated advocate for change and diversity, Malika's acceptance into ARLI aligns with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office Vision for Success Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) goal.

ARLI, recognized for its commitment to fostering transformative leadership, aims to boost diversity among faculty and staff in the community college system. Out of a competitive pool of 67 applicants, Malika's selection as one of the 25 participants showcases her dedication to disrupting status quo structures.
