Preparation for supervision and office management of operations and personnel of business offices, including supervision, budget preparation, scheduling, office systems, and records.

Executive Office Professional

Advanced administrative clerical duties related to assisting executives including coordinating and managing personnel and operations in business offices, as well as budget preparation, scheduling, and report preparation.

Legal Office Professional

Preparation of legal papers and correspondence, such as summonses, complaints, motions, and subpoenas. Application of legal terminology and procedures to documents and legal research.

Office Assistant

Beginning/entry-level skills to perform routine clerical duties requiring limited knowledge of office systems or procedures.
